Refund policy
Note: We do not provide refunds in any case; only exchanges!


Exchange Policy:

1.    Defective/Wrong Item Received: If you receive a defective, wrong item, wrong color, or different size, we will exchange or replace it for free.
2.    Correct Size but Fit Issues: If you receive the correct size but still face size issues, we will exchange it.
3.    Ineligible Reasons: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as not wanting the item any more or wanting to buy another item.
4.    If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 5 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.     Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Blaccitaly reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.

Exchange Process:

1.    Contact Us: Reach out on WhatsApp (7990356641) within 5 days of delivery or email us support@blaccitaly.com
2.    Provide Details: Share pictures and required details for pickup.
3.    Exchange: Once the return reaches our warehouse, your exchange item will be shipped.


Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

  • The product must be in the right condition with tags intact.
  • An invoice for the product must be provided.
  • No exchange requests are accepted after 5 days.
  • Second-time exchanges are not possible.
  • Only defective products or size issues are eligible for exchange.


Cancellation Policy:

Orders: Can be canceled before dispatch. Cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched.
