2. Correct Size but Fit Issues: If you receive the correct size but still face size issues, we will exchange it.
3. Ineligible Reasons: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as not wanting the item anymore or wanting to buy another item.
4. If you wish to exchange your product you’d have to ship it to us within 3 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges. Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check; Blaccitaly reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
